Our energy assessment experts will come to your house and perform a full assessment and necessary tests. You’ll need to fill out a bit of paperwork, and we’ll need access to the entire structure – including every room and the attic. Then, our team gets to work sealing your house!
If we find any issues that aren’t covered by Cleco or are outside of our scope – like a leaky roof or a dangerous water heater – we’ll give a full report and refer you to trustworthy companies that can help!

How long will it take?

The assessment and work usually take 2–6 hours, depending on home size and complexity.

Can renters apply?

Yes, with landlord permission. Mult-family buildings need 5+ unit signups to qualify.
